Piletina , Čao Main
Chicken Chow  Mein with blacknoodles
Piletina Čao Mejn sa crnim nudlama

Potrebni sastojci:
150gr. nudli od korena divlje paprati
250gr. Piletine
1 kašika isečenog đumbira na žilijen
4 struka mladog crnog luka
100gr šampinjona
2 šargarepe
1 zelena paprika
100gr kupusa + 50gr kineskog kupusa
so, biber
100gr kečapa + 2 kašike čili sosa

Prilog:
1 struk pak čoi
Crni i beli susam

Marinada:
150ml vode
1 jaje
1 kašika gustina
1 kašika soja sosa
kašičica bibera
kašičica šećera
prstohvat soli

 Crne špagete potopiti u hladnu vodu i ostaviti ih 60min. da omekšaju
U posudu sipati hladnu vodu, so i ulje, pa kad proključa dodati špagete samo na 1min.
Isprati ih pod mlazom hladne vode, sipati malo ulja i dobro promešati.


Postupak pripreme:
1. U posudu sipati vodu, so biber, šećer, sirće i soja sos, dodati iseckano pileće belo meso, ostaviti u marinadi 15min. Nakon toga dodati umućeno jaje i gustin( ili brašno) da bi se sastojci lepo povezali.
2. U vruće ulje spustiti predhodno isceđene komadiće mesa i pržiti ih 3min. a zatm izvaditi i ostaviti ih sa strane.
3.  Sada staviti đumbir isečen na žilijen(štapiće) i mladi luk (beli deo), pržiti 3min. a zatim dodati pečurke i šargarepu ipržiti oko 2 minuta.
4.  Dodati papriku i komadiće piletine pa pržiti još 3 min.
5. Dodati kupus, posoliti, dodati biber i dobro sjediniti a zatim dodati crne nudle.
6. Na samom kraju dodati soja sos i ljuti čili sos, sjediniti pa dodati zeleni deo mladog luka.

*Pak čoi oprati, odseći donji zadebljali deo i prerezati na pola po dužini.
Zagrejati ulje, naređati ih, poklopiti i dinstati 10min. sa svake strane po 5min.
Posuti biberom i crnim i belim susamom i služiti kao dodatak crne noodle.

*Prah korena divlje paprati se ekstrakuje iz korena divlje paprati.
    Koren se suši i melje u prah i dodaje namirnicama.
    Koren divlje paprati je jestiv i bogat gvožđem, cinkom, selenom, vitaminima kao i raznim         esencijalnim amino kiselinama.





Chicken Chow Mein with blacknoodles





Necessary Ingredients:

150 g. Nudels from wild root ferns

250g. Chicken

1 teaspoon of chopped ginger 

4 branches of young garlic

100g of champignons

2 carrots

1 green pepper

100gr cabbage + 50gr of Chinese cabbage

salt, pepper

100gr ketchup + 2 tablespoon chilli sauce



Attachment:

1 piece of Pack Choi

Black and white sesame



Marinete:

150ml of water

1 egg

1 spoon of corn flour

1 tablespoon of soy sauce

spoon of pepper

spoon of sugar

pinch of salt


Create

 Immerse black spaghetti in cold water and leave them 60min. to soften

Pour cold water in the pot with oil, so when it comes to boil add spaghetti for only 1min.

Rinse them under a cold water, pour a little oil and stir well.





Preparation procedure:

1. In a bowl pour water, with pepper, sugar, vinegar and soy sauce, add chopped chicken white meat, leave in marinade 15min. After that, add eggs and dried eggs (or flour) to make the ingredients fit nicely.

2. Put in hot oil the previously scraped pieces of meat and fry them 3min. and then remove them and leave them on the side.

3. Now put the ginger cut into sticks and young onion (white portion), fry 3min. and then add mushrooms and carrots and fry for about 2 minutes.

4. Add the peppers and pieces of chicken to fry for another 3 minutes.

5. Add the cabbage, salt, add the pepper and combine well and then add black noodles.

6. At the very end, add soy sauce and hot chilli sauce, combine and add the green portion of the onion.



* Pack Choi, cut off the lower thickened part and cut into half in length.

Heat the oil, place them in the pan, cover them and saute 10 minutes. on each side for 5min.

Sprinkle with pepper and black and white sesame and serve as an addition to the black noodle.
