Pita sa livadskim kupusom i spanaćem * Pie, kale,spinach and feta

Ono lepo doba, kad u bašti počne svašta da pristiže, pa kad nešto pravim, odmah to uzimam u obzir kako da dodam.

Tako je nastala ova pita , za koju sam sama napravila i kore.

Sastojci

3 šolje brašna
20 g svežeg kvasca
1 Kašika šećera
2 jaja
1 šolja mlakog mleka
1 šolja jogurta
prstohvat soli
50 ml ulja
20 g otopljenog putera , za premazivanje kora

Fil

Rukohvat livadskog kupusa, iseckanog
Rukohvat spanaća, iseckanog
250 g feta sira
250 g  krem sira
100 ml pavlake
2 jaja



Priprema

Prvo u mlakom mleku ratsvorimo kvasac,sa kašikom šećera. Ostavimo da se zapeni, oko 10 minuta
Zamesimo od sastojaka srednje meko testo pa u nauljanoj činiji, pokrijemo i ostavimo da nadoje oko sat vremena.

U medjuvremenu pripremimo od sastojaka za fil  mešavinu kojom ćemo puniti pitu.

Kad je testo nadošlo, premesimo ga kratko, pa napravimo jufkice. Ostavimo pokriveno ponovo da stoji oko 30 minuta.


Svaku jufkicu na malo pobrašnanoj radnoj površini oklagijom istanjimo
Stavimo u pleh u kome ćemo peći i premažemo puterom
Zatim sipamo fil i tako ponavljamo do zadnje kore , koju samo premažemo.

Pečemo u predgrejanoj rerni 45 minuta na 200 stepeni C.

Pie, Kale , spinach and Feta



Love the time of the year when garden start producing vegetables. And when I plan to make something, I sure take that into account. That is how this pie came to be. The dpugh I made myself too

Ingredients

Dough

3 cups of flour
20 g fresh yeast
2 eggs
1 cup of unsweetened yoghurt
50 ml of oil
1 cup of luke warm milk
1 tsp salt
1 Tablesppon of sugar
20 g of liquid butter to spread on dough

Filling

Handfull of Kale
Handfull of spinach
250 g of Feta
250 g of cream cheese
2 eggs
100 ml of cream



Create


First disolve yeast in lukewarm milk and sugar, for about 10 minutes

From all other dough ingredients make middle soft dough
Knead briefly, oil the bowl , cover and let stand for about 1 hour, for dough to rise

In the meantime prepare filling by mixing all the ingredients
When dough is proofed, reknead it about 5 minutes and cut in 6 pieces. Let it stand again, covered for 30 minutes

Roll out every piece thinly. Put in round baking dish and smother with butter. Put the filling in. Repeat till all used up. Do not  fill the last layer. Just butter

Bake in preheated oven , 45 minutes on 200 Degrees C
