Recept sam videla na You Tube kanalu kod Brigite, a naravno kao ljubitelj kupusa ovo nisam mogla propustiti ni po koju cene. Mada sam ja dodala tu i pomalo više mesa, princip je isti. Jelo je veoma ukusno. I tako je otišla i poslednja zaliha kiselog kupusa..za ovu godinu..do zime
Sastojci
1,2 kg Kiselog Kupusa,
Vode toliko da pliva kupus u njoj dok se kuva , a drugi i treci put ide malo manje samo se dolije kad se smanji voda, tako da je kupus stalno u vodi, a posle treceg puta više ne dolivamo
malo ulja,
1 glavica crnog luka
3 češnja grubo iseckanog belog luka
120 grama slanine, u komadu i malo iseckanih režnjeva slanine, oko 50 g
2 dimljene kobasice
Sveže masnije svinjsko meso oko 400 g
3 lovorova lista, Vegete i bibera a i šecera po ukusu (šećer dodajemo ako nam je kupus i posle pranja još uvek prekiseo
2 Kašike paradajz pire
Priprema
Kupus operemo pa nalijemo toliko vode da ga u šerpi prekrije
Kuvamo na najvišljoj temperaturi, dok voda skoro sva ne ispari.
Dodamo komad slanine i sveže svinjsko meso
Ponovo nalijemo vodu i dalje na visokoj temperaturi kuvamo dok voda ne ispari
Sada dodajemo beli luk i kobasicu , ulje , so biber, vegetu ako želite.
Za one koji teško vare kiseli kupus , dodajte kim na početku kuvanja
Dok se kupus kuva
Pripremimo u tiganju, dinstani crni luk u koji dodamo i iseckane režnjeve suve slanine. i paradjz pire
Sve ovo kad se dobro prodinstalo, uspemo u kupus i dobro promešamo.
Oko 5 minuta još ostavimo da se krčka i gotovo
Ja sam ovo služila uz ražani hleb i krompir pire

Sauerkraut a la Brigitte
I saw this Recipe on You Tube, by Brigite and of course loving all dishes Cabbage , I had to make it. So our last sauerkraut till next winter was used up.
I also used some more meat than in original recipe. Delicious!
Ingredients
1,2 kg Sauerkraut
Water enough to just cover sauerkraut. 2 Times when water evaporates we will add new water. 3rd time we do not do that anymore
Couple of tablespoons of oil
1 red onion , finely cut
3 garlic cloves, roughly chopped
2 tablespoons of tomato puree
salt and peper to taste
3 bay leaves
150 g piece of smoked bacon
Fresh fat pork meat, about 400 g
2 smoked sausages
5 slices of smoked bacon
Create
Put sauerkraut in a pan and on highest temperature boil till water evaporates. If the sauerkraut is too sauer after you washed it you can add 2 tsp of sugar.
When the first water almost evaporates, add pork meat and piece of smoked bacon.
Pour again water and let it boil
While the sauerkraut is boiling in a pan, fry your onions till glazy, add bacon pieces and tomato puree and saute for couple of minutes
When the second water has evaporated, put smoked sausages, bay leaf, salt and pepper and oil in the pot
Add onion mixture
Saute for another 5 minutes
I have served it with homemade rye bread and mashed potato.
