2 1/4 šolje brašna
1 1/3 šolje šećera
3 kašičice praška za pecivo
1/2 kašičice soli
1/2 šolje putera
1 šolja mleka
1 kašičica vanile
1 Kašika meda
2 veća jaja
250 ml pavlake za dekoraciju
1 kašika rendane korice limuna
1 kašika narendane korice mandarina*

• 1 cup milk

Predgrejemo rernu na 180 stepeni Celzija
Pripremimo tepsiju za kapkejks i stavimo papir u nju
U činiji izmešamo brašno,šečer,prašak za pecivo i so
odamo puter.mleko i vanilu.Miksamo na velikoj brzini oko 1 minut
Dodamo jaja i miksamo oko 1 i po minut
Sada sipamo testo u kapkejk papir da bude 1/2 ili dve trećine pun
Sipamo po malo meda na svaki
Pečemo 20 do 25 minuta
Ostavimo da se ohladi
Dekorišemo sa šlagom i rendanom koricom mandarne i limuna
Method
Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
Line cupcake pans with paper liners.
Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a large mixing bowl.
Add butter, milk, and vanilla. Beat for 1 minute on medium speed.
Add eggs to the mixture. Beat for 1 minute on medium speed. Beat on high speed for 1 minute 30 seconds until well mixed.
Spoon cupcake batter into paper liners until 1/2 to 2/3 full.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes
Cool 5 minutes in pans then remove and place on wire racks to cool completely.
Decorate with cream and grated zest of lemon and mandarin
