Panforte

Panforte..brzo jednostavno i vrlo ukusno.Ostalo je još dosta oraha..pa idemo dalje.Nisam  sigurna da li ovaj kolač ima naziv na našem jeziku

Sastojci




900 grama suvog voća i npr. oraha, sve iseckano u male komadiće. 
90grama meda 
¾ šolje kakao
¾ šolje čokoladnih  grumenčića
Prstohvat soli
1 kašilica 
1 kašičica mešanih začina ,mixed spice, nisam umela da prevedem
100grama brašna

Iseckaj i grilaj orahe ili šta već korstiš (lešnik,badem itd), dok dobiju lepu zlatnu boju


Sipaj i sve preostale sastojke u činiju koja je pogodna za mikrotalasnu





2 minuta u mikrotalsnoj na najjačoj temperaturi
Ovaj proces ponovite nekoliko puta


Sipajte u sud i pritisnite svom snagom.Ostavite u frižideru preko noći.

Isecite kolač  i pospite ga kakaom

This is quick and very tasty.Without baking,just a little bit of wait.I still had walnuts but  can be prepared with any kind of nuts and dried peel and fruits.


Ingredients



900 grams dried fruit, nuts and mixed peel all diced into small pieces
90gram honey
¾ cup cocoa
¾ cup chocolate chips
Pinch salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp mixed spice
100gram flour

Chop and roast nuts in oven until nice and golden.


 Place all ingredients into a microwavable bowl and mix to combine.

Cook on high for 2 minutes.  Stir well.
Repeat this process 2 more times stirring well.
Press into a greased tin, pressing down as hard as you can.  Refrigerate overnight.  
Cut into small squares. Dust with cocoa

Dit is snel en smaakt heel lekker.Zonder bakkenmaar een klein beetje wachtent.Ik  had nog walnoten, maar kan worden bereid met elke vorm van noten en gedroogde schillen en vruchten.

ingrediënten

900 gram gedroogd fruit, noten en gemengde schil alles in blokjes gesneden  en in kleine stukjes
90gram honing
¾ kop cacao
¾ kop chocolate chips
snufje zout
1 tl kaneel
1 tl gemengde kruiden
100gram bloem

Hak en rooster de noten in de oven tot mooi een gouden.


Doe alle ingrediënten in een kom die geschikt is voor microwave.Op hoogste stand 2 minuten in MW
Herhaal dit proces nog 2 keer .Goed roeren.
Druk in een ingevette tin, drukken zo hard als je kunt. Koel 's nachts.
In kleine vierkantjes gesneden. Bestuif met cacao.

Es ist schnell und  schmeckt lekker.Ohne Backen, aber ein wenig wartezeit.Ich  hatte Walnüsse, aber eskann mit jeder Art von Nüssen und getrockneten Früchten und Schalen vorbereitet werden.

Zutaten

900 Gramm getrocknete Früchte,
90gram Honig
¾ Tasse Kakao
¾ Tasse Schokolade-Chips
Prise Salz
1 TL Zimt
1 TL Gewürzmischung
100g Mehl

Hacken Sie die Nüsse und Grillen in den Ofen, bis schön golden.
Alle Zutaten in eine Schüssel geeignet für  Microwelle ,geben. 2 Minuten aud den hochen Stand in Microwelle..
Wiederholen Sie diesen Vorgang noch 2 mal. Ruehren
Drücken Sie die Masse  in einen gefetteten Blech, drücken Sie  so fest
wie Sie koennen  Kühlen in Kuehlschrank ueber Nacht.
Kleien Stuecke schneiden.. Staub mit Kakao.

    Hvala na brizi, ali ja sam ti na dijeti (manje-vise), tako da od kuhanja (nekog zanimljivog) nema nista, ugl. juhice, snicle, salate, sve vec vidjeno! Dijeta ide dobro, ali sigurno jos par mjeseci kacim blog o oklin:)
    Iako mi je tvoj panforte otvorio apetiti i te kako!!! Jos jednom - odlicno je ispao!

    I sta sam jos htjela da pitam:
    kako to da govoris holandski? to je rel. rijetko pa zato pitam...

  4. @mMaja nadam se d adijeta ide uspesno.Holandski sam naucila zbog i od dve drugarice,holandjanke jos iz osnovne skole ovde na Novom Zelandu.One bi obicno posle engleskog kraceg razgovora presle na holandski pa kako sam bas volela d ase druzim sa njima polako sam ucial od njih a aksniej i dodatno na kursu:)Inace mi smo jos uvek dobre drugarice;)
