Pizza sa dnom od kinoe * Pizza Quinoa Crust

Ja volim kinou. Ranije sam već postavljala pizzu sa dnom od karfiola , kao i Mizzu , sa dnom od mlevenog mesa
Ovoga puta sam isprobala testo za pizzu od kinoe. I fanatstično je



Sastojci

1 šolja kinoe (oprana i ostavljena u vodi preko noći)
1/4 šolje vode
1 kašičica praška za pecivo
1/4 kašičice soli
1 kašika maslinovog ulja
1 jaje



Priprema

Predgrejemo rernu na 200 stepeni C
Ocedimo i operemo kinou
U blender stavimo 1 /4 šolje vode, kinou, prašak za pecivo i so i blendamo oko 2 minuta
Masu sipamo u namšćenu okruglu tepsiju, kojoj smo dno preklrili pek papirom, pa spatulom izravnamo


Pečemo 15 minuta


Izvadimo iz rerne , otvorimo pleh, skinemo pek papir pa testo okrenemo i pečemo još 5 minuta


Izvadimo iz rerne pa filujemo sastojcima koje želimo. Ja sam spanaćem,  pestom, lukom,mocarelom i čeri paradajzom


Pečemo još 10 minuta pa sečemo kao i svaku drugu picu

Pizza Quinoa Crust

I have made before Pizzas with other crusts  than  dough. And I liked it every time. As I did like this one with quinoa. Could not believe how simple the recipe is and how well it was done.



Pizza Cauliflower Crust

Ingredients

  • 1 cup quinoa (rinsed and soaked overnight, or for at least 8 hours)
  • ¼ cup water
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp olive oil 
  • 1 egg




Create

  • Preheat the oven to 200 C
  • Drain and rinse the quinoa after it has finished soaking
  • Put the quinoa, ¼ cup of water, baking powder and salt in a food processor and pulse for about 2 minutes, until smooth.
  • Line a spring form pan with parchment paper and brush with oil.
  • Pour the batter into the pan and smooth with a spatula so it is evenly distributed.
  • Bake for 15 minutes.
  • Remove from the oven, remove the pan edging and parchment paper, and flip the crust.
  • Continue to bake for another 5 minutes.
  • Remove from the oven and add the sauce and toppings of your choice.
  • Return to the oven for another 10 minutes at 180 C.
  • Remove from the oven, slice, and serve.
