Kolenica sa krompirom iz rerne * Pork hock and potatoes ..baked

Vi koji me pratite ste već primetili, da ja ne marim mnogo za sezone kad mi se nešto jede. Osim što naravno uvek probam d akoristim voće i povrće koje je u sezoni. Ovo jelo bi moglo i verovatno jeste pravo zimsko jelo ali mi smo ga poželeli i napravili


Sastojci


1 mesnata svinjska kolenica
500 g krompira ( ja sam koristila i malo sltkog kumara krompira).
1 crni luk
3 čena belog luka
so i biber po ukusu
2 lista lorbera
rukohvat svežeg peršuna
2 iseckane šargarepe
2 paradajza
1 tikvica



Priprema

Prvo kolenicu dobro posolimo , utrlajamo uljem  i zavijemo u srebrnu foliju.
Pečemo oko 50 minuta na 220 stepeni C
U medjuvremenu isečemo povrće. Malo izdinstamo.


Stavimo u vatrostalnu posudu i na vrh stavimo kolenicu.


Pečemo u rerni još oko 20 minuta

 Roaste Pork Hock and potatoes




You that read my blog, have probably noticed that I do not care much about season when making food.  Except, I do try to use seasonal fruit and vegetables
Its summer here but I craved Pork hock, which is considered typical winter dish. Well we made it and it was yummy

Ingredients
1 good meaty pork hock
500 g potatoes ( i also put a few sweet potatoes in the dish)
1 onion, sliced
3 garlic cloves, minced
salt and pepper to taste
fresh cut parsley
2 sliced carrots
2  Bay leafs
2 tomatoes
1 zuccini





Create


Salt and oil the pork hock.
Wrap in silver foil and bake in oven for 50 minutes on 220 C
In the meantime cut up your vegetables, saute shortly and put in oven proof dish

Put on top almost roasted pork hock (unwrap) and put in the oven for further 20 minutes
