Svinjetina sa Ras el Hanout začinom,njoke i kineski kupus sa senfom * Pork filet, Morrocan way,gnocchi and Nappa cabbage with mustard

Scroll down for Recipe in English imam raznih mešavima za marinade i začine , za različite vrste mesa. Ovaj začin Ras el Hanout ne pravim sama . Imamo ovde odlične prodavnice začina. Iako većinu sastojaka imam u špajzu ovaj začin ima i do 26 sastojaka. U prevodu ime bi značilo, Šef prodavnice,  čime se ustvari želi reći da je najvažniji začln u radnji.
Vrlo je aromatičan.Neki od sastojaka su: karanfiić, cimet,kardamom djumbir, korijander, kim , oraščić,paprika,,,kurkuma... Može se koristiti kao začin sa kojim utrljate meso . Ovaj začin nije ljut. U Arapskim zemljama veruju da  ima svojstva afrodizijaka. Sastojci Jedan svinjski file, oko 800 g 2 Šargarepe 1 beli luk, ceo, odsečen, vrh 2 Jabuke, oljuštene na kriške 3 Kašike Ras el Hanout
Priprema Utrljamo svinjski file začinom Ras el Hanout , pripremimo povrće i jabuke pa lepo složimo u tepsiju i stavimo da se peče. Desetak minuta pre kraja ,pokrijemo plastičnom folijom.Kad pečem meso ovako dugo uvek ga s vremena na vreme malo polivam sa masnoćom iz tiganja
Uz to služimo dinstan kineski kupus sa iseckanim belim lukom i Dižon senfom
i Njoke sa bosiljkom i belim lukom. Recept za njoke sam postavljala vise puta .Možete videti ovde

Pork Filet rubbed with Ras el Hanout
It is amazing how an ordinary dish like pork roast becomes an adventure , just by adding some special spice. 
Ras el Hanout is a spice blend common in North African cooking, and features especially heavily in Moroccan cuisine. The name in Arabic means "head of the shop," and literally refers to the best spices the store has to offer.

While it used to be only available at Middle Eastern grocers, specialty and well-stocked grocers now carry this popular spice blend.

What's in Ras el Hanout?

Each shop or company has their own unique secret blend, but a typical Ras el Hanout contains a mixture of:
  • Cardamom, Clove, Cinnamon, Coriander, Cumin, Paprika, Mace, Nutmeg,Peppercorn,Turmeric
Some other shops may add more exotic ingredients such as ash berries, chufa, Grains of Paradise, orris root, Monk's pepper, cubebs, or dried rosebud.

How Do I Use Ras el Hanout?

Ras el Hanout is not a spicy spice blend, but it gives pungent, warm flavor. The cinnamon, cloves, and nutmeg also add sweet accents. Since it's a blend, it's convenient to use in marinades, as a rub, as a seasoning in many dishes like stews and tajines, and as a condiment since you only have to measure out one thing. Moroccans even believe it has aphrodisiac properties!
You will need:
800 g pork filet in one piece
3 carrots
2 apples
3 TS Ras el Hanout spice. 
1 whole garlic, top cut off
Create
Rub pork filet, on all sides of the meat clean the vegetable and peel an quarter apples.
Put in the oven to slow roast  o 150 degrees Celzius. If you like your pork more pink , lower baking time.
Prepare Nappa cabbage .Slice add in frying pan(or wok if you have one). Simmer for 5 minutes

Serve an be  surprised with taste buds exploding. This spice mix is not

This is a perfect combination for me. Pork with cabbage and spices to spice it up. I love cabbage & spicy food is my favourite. Experimenting with a pork roast...I like it:)) Dubravka you are full of great ideas:))
