Špageti Decanjeze? Spaghetti Childenesse

Scroll down for Recipe in English.

Oni naravno sve pojedu..a ime ostalo.

Sastojci

500 g špageta
300 g mlevenog mesa
malo origana
so i biber po ukusu
80 g rendanog parmezana

Priprema

Izvadite i oljuštite.

Dodamo izrendano povrće, so i biber i origano

Onda sve fino spojimo i pospemo rendanim parmezanom
Decaanjeze ručak može da počne

Spaghetti Childenese

No, I did not make mistake in the name of this dish. In fact I even did not name it . One little friend of my daughter who was invited for lunch has.

I am known to , whenever I can make hiders in kids dishes. Hiders are vegetables they do not eat so readily. So also in this dish. My daughter invited litte boy for lunch, telling him , we are having Spaghetti Bolognese.

When he started eating he said: No, this is not Bolognese, this is Childenese!
Some big question  marks came in the way of look from my daughter, across the table.

Yes, I admitted , I did add few things , but it is never the less tasty.

Of course they ate it ..Childenese was gone, but name stayed.

Ingredients

500 g spaghetti
300 g minced meat
5 fresh tomatoes (if you make your own sauce)
3 carrots, grated. and sweet corn (you  already understand, and any other vegetables)
a little oregano
salt and pepper to taste
80 g grated Parmesan cheese

Create

Fry minced meat, then add the peeled tomatoes. I believe most know but let it be written anyhow. Cut tomatoes in a cross on  top. When the water boils, put in the tomatoes and watch how the skin falls of in matter of seconds.
Remove and peel. Caution hot!
If you have used a large pot, now just add salt and spaghetti in it
Depending on whether you prefer al dente (to the tooth), cook it 10 minutes.  If you, like children, prefer pasta to be a little softer cook it another 10 minutes
In a pan with minced meat we throw tomatoes cut into quarters
Add the grated vegetables, salt and pepper and oregano
Then mix all  and sprinkle it with grated parmesan cheese
Childenese lunch can begin
