Lavačinke / Pancakes filled with chocolate

Palačinke pravimo svi. Ima ih svakojakih, slatkih slanih. meni su bile omiljene samo sa posutim šećerom i cimetom. I ko da zaboravi  one namazane džemom od šipka.

Ove su one meke manje po razmeri ali ne i po debljini, samo što su obogaćene čokoladom koja se razlije kada palačinku zasečete.

Sastojci

Za Punjenje

300 g Ganaš ( recept pogledajte OVDE)

Testo

2 žumanceta
2  Kašike šećera
3 Kašike istopljenog putera
1 1/2 šolja mleka
2 šolje brašna
2 kašičice praška za pecivo
1 kašičica  soli
2 belanca
ko voli na kraju i sirup od javora





Priprema

Ohladjeni ganaš sipamo u plitki mafinarnik, pa ostavimo u friz da se smrzne , oko 30 minuta.

Umutimo žumanca, i belanca u čvrst šne. Dodamo u žumanca šećer pa miksanjem ujedinimo. Uspemo mleko  i promešamo . Pažljivo umešamo šne. Polako dodajemo brašno, prašak za pecivo i so.



U manjem tiganju ( moj je prečnika 10 cm ), zagrejemo puter, pa sipamo malo  testa.
Na to sipamo smrznuti ganaš pa prelijemo sve testom
Pečemo oko 20 minuta na srednjij vatri. Jednom na pola vremena okrenemo palačinku.
Ovo ponavljamo dok ne istrošimo sve testo i čokoladu.

Pancake filled with chocolate.




There are not many people out there that do not know how to make pancakes. Those can be with sweet filling or savoury.

I love them all.

When I want them as dessert I make so-called American fluffy pancakes filled with chocolate. Indulge!

Ingredients

For the filing

300 g Ganache ( see Recipe on this BLOG)

Pancake dough

2 egg yolks
2 TBS melted butter
2 tsp of baking powder
1 1/2 cups milk
2 cups of flour
pinch of salt
2 egg whites

If you like you can also pour some maple syrup


Create


The cooled ganache is poured into a shallow muffin tray, and we leave it in the freezer to freeze, about 30 minutes.

We mix the yolks, and the belly into egg whites. Add to the yolk sugar and then mix it together. Get milk and stir. We carefully add stiff eggwhites. Slowly add flour, baking powder and salt.

In a small frying pan (my diameter is 10 cm), warm the butter, and pour some dough.

We pour the frozen ganache on it and pour pancake batter over it.

Bake for about 20 minutes at medium heat. We turn the pancake once in a halftime.

This is repeated until we dump all dough and chocolate.



You can drizzle
with maple syrup
