Probala sam ranije jela iz Tažina ali ga nisam imala..do skoro kad sam ga dobila na poklon i naravno odmah rešila da ga isprobam.
Koja idelana posuda za svaku domaćicu, onda kada nema dovoljnom vremena da provede mnogo vremena u kuhinji ali ipak želi da iskombinuje nešto posebno i ukusno
Ja sam se ovoga puta odlučila za ovaj marokanski recept ali jasno je da se ovde mogu spremati raznorazna jela
Red po red slagano meso začini, povrće. Onda poklopimo i čekamo.
Ja sam koristila goto marokanski začin. Ako želite sami da ga napravite potrebno vam je:
1 kafena kašika mlevenog kima.
1 kafena kašika mlevenog đumbira.
1 kašičica soli.
3/4 kašičice bibera.
1/2 kafena kašika mlevenog cimeta.
1/2 kašičice mlevenog korijandera.
1/2 kašičice kajenskog bibera.
1/2 kafena kašika mlevenog najgvirc.
1 kafena kašika mlevenog đumbira.
1 kašičica soli.
3/4 kašičice bibera.
1/2 kafena kašika mlevenog cimeta.
1/2 kašičice mlevenog korijandera.
1/2 kašičice kajenskog bibera.
1/2 kafena kašika mlevenog najgvirc.
Sastojci
600 g jagnjećih rebarca
1 patlidžan isečen na kolutove
1 crvena babura
500 ml bistre supe
2 crvene čili papričice
1 konzerva paradajza (425 g )
3 Kašike marokanskog začina*
svež timijan
2 lista lorbera
rukohvat spanaća
1 tikvica , isečena na kolutove
1 crveni luk, iseckan
2 čena belog luka, usitnjenog
Priprema
Spremimo meso, luk i beli luk. Utrljamo marokanski začin
U tažin na malo ulja sipamo 2/3 mesa i luk. Stavimo malo timijana i 1 lorberov list.
Stavimo seckanu baburu
Zatim dodamo i nasečenu tikvicu, paradajz, ostatak jagnečih rebarca i luk.
Sada dolazi patlidžan i na vrh spanać.
Ulijemo bistru supu i poklopimo.
U rerni na 220 stepeni krčkamo oko 1 1/2 sat.
Služimo npr . sa kuvanim pirinčem

Moroccan Lamb Tagine
I have tried Tagine dishes before and found them extremly tasty. However never had a tagine till somebody gifted me recently one and here is my first dish in it.
I decided to make Moroccan Lamb dish, something I have made before in the oven in normal dish. Difference is amazing.
Ideal dish to have if you are busy and do not want to spend too much time in the kitchen , but still want a special dish to serve.
Layer by layer your family and friends will love it.
I have used ready Moroccan spice mix but if you want to make your own you will have to mix herbs as follows:
Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin.
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger.
- 1 teaspoon salt.
- 3/4 teaspoon black pepper.
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon.
- 1/2 teaspoon ground coriander.
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne.
- 1/2 teaspoon ground allspice.
Ingredients Tagine
600 g lamb ribs
1 eggplant , sliced
1 red pepper, sliced.
3 tablespoons Moroccan spice
Handful of spinach
1 can of tomatoes, 425 g
2 cloves of garlic, diced
1 red onion , sliced
2 red chilli peppers, sliced
1 zuccinni, sliced
500 ml of clear stock
Fresh thyme
2 Bay leaves
Create
Prepare lamb ribs, onion and garlic. Season with Moroccan spice
Put little oil in Tagine and start layering
First 2/3 of meat and onions, than red pepper and chilli peppers,than tomatoes.
Rest of the meat and onions, eggplant and spinach are the next,.
Pour clear stock, put the lid on.
Put in the oven on 220 Degrees Celsius for 1 1/2 hour.
Can be served with rice or flat bread
