Wok zauzima važno mesto u mojoj kuhinji. A prži, mešaj jela su raznovrsna, povrće je začas gotovo i uz činiju kuvanog pirinča svi su zadovoljni.
Koje povrće ćete koristiti je zaista do vas i šta je trenutno u sezoni. Meso takodje po izboru, može biti, svinjsko, govedje , pileće.
Ako sve iseckate i pripremite začine pre početka , u najkraće vreme imaćete zaista izvrsno jelo na stolu.
Sastojci
300 g svinjskog fileta, isečenog na tanke režnjeve
5 komada brokoli cvetića , iscepkanih
2 Kašike kupusa, crvenog
2 kašike kupusa , zelenog
100 g bukovače, iseckane,
1 zelena paprika
2 mlada zelena luka
1 crni luk isečen na tanke listove
5 lotosovog korena , ovo ako nemate nije problem
so i biber po ukusu
1 kašičica ulja od sesama
2 Kašike ulja
1 kašičica sojinog sosa
1/4 kašičice čilija u prahu
Priprema
Iseckamo sve povrće i meso
Prvo zagrejemo wok, pa kad skoro počne da se puši, sipamo ulje
Dodamo meso pa sve mešajući pržimo. Zatim dodajemo luk, pa šargarepu,kupus, papriku lotosov koren. pečurke i zeleni luk
Dodamo začine, soja i susam ulje . Pržimo neprestano mešajući oko 8 minuta.
Serviramo uz kuvani pirinač.

Pork stir fry
Wok has important place in my kitchen. Often used for dishes we all love. We love crispeness and freshness of vegetables and I love the short amount of time spent in the kitchen. Main thing is to prepare everything in advance as this has to happen fast. Which meat and vegetables u use is really up to you and what is in season.
Served with boiled rice it is a treat.
Ingredients
300 g of lean pork meat, cut in thin slices
5 to 6 broccoli florets
1 carrot sliced
green and red cabbage,sliced
1 green pepper sliced
1 onion sliced
few oyster mushrooms
2 green onions, sliced
5 lotus roots
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp soy sauce
salt and pepper , to taste
2 TBSP Oil
1/4 tsp chilli flakes
Create
Heat the wok up till it smokes. Add oil
Now quickly start adding meat, than vegetables in order which time they need to cook.So first cabbage, than broccoli, than pepper, carrot, lotus root, oyster mushrooms, onion and green onion. All the time stirring, moving ingredients around. For about 8 minutes
Season and add soy sauce and sesame oil.
Serve with boiled rice.
