Mršavi banana mafini * Skinny banana muffins

Ovo su mršavi mafini ne zato što sam ih pravila u plitkom mafinarniku oblika srca, već zato što u njima nema putera, šečera i sličnog. . Vrlo brzo se prave, baš budu mekani i veoma su ukusni
Naravno još ukusniji uz pomoć malih vrednih ruku.


Sastojci

1 1/2 šolja integralnog brašna
1 kašičica sode bikarbone
1/4 kašičice soli
3 banane , zrele
1/4 šolje meda
1 kašičica vanile
1 Kašika kokosovog ulja
1 jaje
1/2 šolje nemasnog jogurta
1 Kašika nesladjenog mleka od ovsanih pahulja*



Priprema

Predgrejemo rernu na 175 stepeni C i spremimo , namstimo mafinarnik
U činiji umiksamo prosejano brašno, sodu bikarbonu i so


Dodamo  u blender med, izmrvljene banane,jaje, vanilu, ulje ,mleko i jogurt i sve dobro izblendamo
Sada smesu iz blendera dodamo u brašno pa mikserom masu izjednačimo.

Sipamo smesu u mafinarnik i pečemo 20 do 25 minuta. Ovo ako koristite dublji mafinarnik od 12 komada. Moj ej kao što rekoh bio plitak pa sam pekla 15 minuta

Skinny Banana Muffins

No, they did not get the name because they are thin as I baked them in undeep muffin dish. They got the name because there is no butter, no regular milk and no sugar.Also made with wholewheat flour.
Very easy recipe and I had great helper in pair of little hands.




Ingredients

1 1/2 cup wholemeal flour
1 tsp baking sosa
3 ripe bananas
1/4 tsp salt
1 TBSP vanilla extract
1/4 cup honey
1 TBSP coconut oil
1 egg
1/4 cup non fat yoghurt
1 TBS Oat milk




Create

Preheat oven to n175 Degrees C. Oil your muffin tin
Whisk together sifted flour, baking soda and salt
In blender, combine bananas, honey, oats milk, vanilla and yoghurt. Blend till smooth
Mix both together. Pour into your muffin tin and bake 20 to 25 minutes


If used normal muffin 12 tin . I used undeep so baked 15 minutes
