Marinara morski plodovi * Seafood Marinara

Ovo je moje najomiljenije jelo s apastom.Miris i ukus mora! Napravite nećete se pokajati!

Sastojci
2 Kašike maslinovog ulja
1 crni luk, sitno iseckan
3 čena belog iseckanog luka
1 šolja (250 ml= belog vina
3 Kašike paradajz sosa
2 x 410 g konđžzerve mlevenog paradajza
3 velika sveža paradajza
500 g paste
500 g marinara mix ( lignje, komadi račića,škampi, jakobine)
300 g školjki
2 kašike sitno iseckanog peršuna
krupna morska so



Priprema


Zagrejemo ulje u tiganju pa izdinstamo beli luk.
Dodamo beli luk i vino i dinstamo 2 do 3 minuta
Dodamo sav paradajz i dobro začinimo, pa krčkamo 15 do 20 minuta, dok se malo ugusti.


Skuvamo pastu al dente (na zub) i iscedimo je . Pospemo sa malo maslinovog ulja
U drugom tiganju kratko prodinstamo amrinaru mix. U posebnoj šerpi skuvamo školjke i očistimo ih .


Sada sav mix uključujući i školjke dodamo u paradajz sos i vrlo kratko prodinstamo
Dodamo pastu i pospemo iseckani peršun.

Seafood Marinara





This ought to be one of my favorite pasta dishes. With smell and taste of the sea. Combination of seafood is just amazing. You wont regret making it!

Ingredients

  • 300g black mussels, washed, de-bearded



Create


  1. Heat oil in a large saucepan over medium heat, add onion and cook for 3-4 minutes or until softened.

  2. Add garlic and wine, and simmer 2 minutes. Add paste and crushed tomatoes, and simmer 15-20 minutes further, stirring occasionally until slightly thickened. Season well.

  3. Meanwhile cook the pasta in boiling, salted water until al dente. Drain and toss in a little olive oil.

  4. Add marinara mix and mussels to tomato sauce, cover with lid and cook 3-4 minutes over medium-high heat, discarding any mussels that do not open.

  5. Stir in parsley, then toss the sauce through the pasta and serve.
