Valjda jedan od najomiljenijih kolaća nam je kolač od jabuka. Ovaj kao kuglof , ništa ne zaostaje.čak je možda i ukusniji od pojedinih.
Premaz
1 šolja šečera u prahu
2 Kašike meda
2 Kašike mleka
Kolač
3 šolje iseckanih jabuka., Granny Smith
1 šolja
suvog groždja
2 kašičice vanile
2 kašičice cimeta
3 šolje brašna
1 kašičica sode bikarbone
1 kašičica soli
2 šolje šećera
1 1/4 šolje ulja
2 jaja
Sok od 1 limuna
Priprema
Preliv
Izmešamo sve sastojke u glatku masu i ostavimo sa strane
.
Kolač: Predgrejemo rernu na 165 stepeni Celzija.Namastimo tepsiju za kuglof
U činiji izmešamo jabuke,suvo groždje,vanilu i cimet. Dodamo šećer, iscedjen sok od limuna
i sirup od lešnika(opcionalno)
U drugoj činiji umešamo brašno, sodu bikarbonu i so
Mikserom umutomo jaja i ulje , ako baš volite slatko dodajte i malo šećera.
Prvo uspemo suve sastojke, pa promešamo
Dodamo jabuke*
Sipamo u modlu i pečemo 1 sat i 30 minuta
Ostavimo kolač u modli da se potpuno ohladi
Izvadimo i sipamo preliv preko toga
Kolač možete zaviti i čuvati u frižideru 3 do 5 dana
* Ja volim da ostavim jabuke sa ostalim sastojcima u njima da odstoje tj da se maseriraju.
Nije neophodno ali se meni čini da je ukus ipak bolji.
Apple Bundt Cake
Topping
1 cup powdered sugar
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons milk
Prepare bz mixing all ingredients and set aside
Cake
3 cups chopped apples. Granny Smith
1 cup raisins
2 teaspoons vanilla
2 teaspoons cinnamon
3 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
2 cups sugar
1 1/4 cup oil
2 eggs
Juice of 1 lemon
Preparation

Cake: preheat oven at 165 degrees C. Prepare Bundt cake mold for cake baking.Spray
some oil on all sides
In a bowl mix apples, raisins, vanilla and cinnamon. Add the sugar, squeezed lemon juice
and hazelnut syrup (optional)
In another bowl, mix flour, baking soda and salt
Mix]eggs and oil, if you like sweet, add a little sugar.
Add dry ingredients, and stir
Pour into a mold and bake for 1 hour and 30 minutes
Leave the cake in the mold to cool down completely
Remove and drizzle the icing over it
The cake wrapped, can be kept in refrigerator for 3 to 5 days
* I like to leave the apples with the other ingredients in them overnight to maserate
It is not necessary but it seems to me that the taste is still better.
I also soak raisins for 30 minutes in water
