Napoltanska venčana supa - Napoiltan Wedding Soup


Naletim na netu na takmičenje Italijanskih blogerki za najbolju  Minestra Maritata iliti Venčanu supu.Kao i većina i ja pomislih da se pravi na venčanju i donekle je to i istina osim što se ovde misli na dobar brak svih sastojaka.Ja bih ipak dodala ,devojke kad budete umele da spremite ovakvu supu i naravno imate i ostale atribute ,spremne ste za venčanje. Iako sam recept odavno videla kada je Jelena sa bloga napravila nisam više dugo čekala ,samo malo.Vredi je napraviti !

Ova supa ima mnogo varijacija .Ovo je moja.



I first saw this soup on an Internet page where they organized competition for the best Marriage Soup.As it goes for  many of you,  it was same for me. I thought Italians serve this soup on Weddings. Noway! Must have been some poor translation for original Italian name because Maritata means married and not wedding Still this name means that all ingredients are perfectly married. Agree !
And would like to add to all the girls Once you are able to make soup like this  and of course have a few more things to offer you are ready for the marriage.

It has been now a while that I saw this recipe, but   just short time ago I read it on Jelenas blog again and decided not to wait anymore.
This soup has many variations.This is mine.


Sastojci

1 crveni luk, iseckan
1 čen belog luka
1 šargarepa
1 peršun
so i biber
Nekoliko listova blitve
2 iseckana štapa celera
2 l pileće dobre  bistre supe
50 g sitnih rezanaca ,orzo ,tarana i sl.


Za  ćuftice

200 g svinjskog mlevenog mesa
50 g  prezli
50 grama rendanog Parmezan sira
2 čena belog luka
1  kašičica suvog bosiljka
1 kašika sveže seckanog peršunovog lista




Ingredients

1 red cut onion
1 clove of minced garlic
1 big carrot
1 parsnip
salt and pepper
Few leaves  of silver beet
2 celery stalks,cut
2 l of good chicken broth
20 g of small pasta like orzo or shapes



For meat balls

200 g pork mince
50 g breadcrumbs
50 g grated  Parmesan
2 cloves of minced garlic
1 tsp of dry basil
1TBS of fresh parsley



Priprema

Ispržimo luk,dodamo beli luk.oščićeno i isečeno povrče.,sve osim  blitve

Nalijemo supu i pustimo da provri, onda smanjimo tempertaturu na srednje i pustimo da se kuva desetak minuta.

Zamesimo čuftice i samo ih malo sa svake strane propržimo.

Dodamo blitvu u supu i posle pet minuta dodamo i čuftice.Kuvamo još nekoliko minuta,probamo da li je dovoljno slano i po potrebi dosolimo i onda uživamo!



Method
Fry   onions and garlic in a big pan .I used wok.Add cut vegetable, all except silver beet.
Put  chicken broth  in and let the soup come to the boil.Than turn heat down to medium and boil another  10 minutes.


Now mold with ingredients your meatballs.Fry lightly on all sides
Now add silver beet to the pan and boil couple more minutes .Meatballs in the soup for another  2 minutes.Taste for seasoning and season if required.Than enjoy!

  1. Ovako nesto sam jela kad sam bila mala one vestacke iz kesice, mislim da je proizvodjac bio Knor ili tako nesto.
    Verujem da ovo bude isto to samo se skuva u domacoj varijanti, probavam, pa javljam...
