Tart,smokva,djumbir,kozji sir _Tart with figs,ginger,goats cheese





Da se odmah razumemo svežih smokava momentalno ovde nema, a ovo se jako dobro jede kod nas u kući!
Zato uvek pravimo zalihe kad ima svežih smokvi,pa tako ne moramo a se odreknemo ove divne poslastice. Ovde sam koristila slatko od smokvi(celih),koje pravim sa djumbirom.Koju je ujedno vrlo lako napraviti.



Just to make things clear.There are no fresh figs here in wintery New Zealand and this is one of the tarts we really love to eat.That is why ,when we do have fresh supply we preserve some for days like this.I used here my preserved figs and ginger.Divine.And simple to make



Oko 500 grama smokvi
1 kora (lisnata)za tart
200 grama milerama
1oo grama kozjeg sira
20 g putera
Nekoliko grančica svežeg timijana za dekoraciju



Ingredients

500 g figs
i ready bought filo pastry
200 ml creme fraiche
100  g goats cheese
20 g butter
few sprigs of fresh thyme for decoration


Priprema

Razvite kore u veličini pleha za tart.
Izbodite dno viljuskom,namažite puterom i ispecite koru na srednjoj temperaturi oko 10 minuta

Premažite  ohladjenu koru sa mileramom


Naredjajte smokve ,djumbir i pospite komadićima kozjeg sira

Method

Roll out pastry to fit your tart dish
With fork go over bottom to prevent pastry from rising.Brush with melted butter


Bake blind for 10 minutes on moderate temperature
Cool down a little and divide your cream fraiche

Put the figs and ginger on top and pieces of goats cheese



Bake for 20 minutes on 180 Degrees Celsius
Decorate with fresh thyme
