Sastojci
- 8 jaja , odvojenih,belance i žumance
- 2 žumanca
- 190g šećera
- 80g brašna
- 40g gustina
- 40g istopljenog ohladjenog putera
- 5ml (1kašičica) vanile
- 100g rendanog kokosa
Sos od maline
- 30g neslanog putera
- 4 Kašike želea u prahu sa ukusom maline
- 300g (2 šolje)prosejanog šećera u prahu
500 ml pavlake
Ingredients
- 8 eggs, separated
- 2 yolks
- 190g caster sugar
- 80g plain flour
- 40g cornflour
- 40g butter, melted, cooled
- 5ml (1 teaspoon) vanilla extract
- 100g desiccated coconut
Strawberry icing
- 30g unsalted butter
- 4 tablespoons raspberry jelly crystals
- 300g (2 cups) icing sugar, sifted
- 500 ml cream
Priprema
- Predgrej rernu na180°C. Namasti pleh 30 x 18cm
- Miksamo 10 žumanaca i 90 g šećera,dok dobije lepu svetlu boju.Premestimo u veću činiju i prosejemo brašno i gustin i promešamo
- Umešamo puter. Ulupamo belanca sa ostatkom šećera i vanilom. Umešamo polovinu šne u smesu sa žumancima.Zatim umešamo i ostatak šne. Sipamo u pleh.Pečemo 15 minuta. Izvadimo iz rerne i pokrijemo krpom.
- Pravimo spoljni fil od maline. Stavimo puter i žel u prahuu činiju,prelijemo sa 250 ml vrele vode.Prosejemo šečer u prahu i mešamo dok ne dobijemo glatku masu.Ostavimo sa strane da se malo ohladi.Rasečemo patispan na koliko kocki želimo i stavimo ga u fil.,pa u rendani kokos.Spajamo sa filom od šlaga u sredini.
- Method
- Preheat oven to 180°C. Grease and line a 30 x 18cm lamington pan.
- Place 10 yolks and 90g sugar in a bowl and beat until pale. Transfer to a large bowl. Sift the flours together, then fold into the yolk mixture.
- Fold in butter. Beat egg-whites with remaining sugar and vanilla. Fold half the eggwhites into yolk mixture. Fold in remaining egg-whites. Spread into pan, bake for 15 minutes. Remove from oven, cover with a tea towel.
- To make the icing, place butter and jelly crystals in a bowl, pour over 250ml boiling water and stir to dissolve butter. Sift in icing sugar, whisk until smooth. Set aside to cool slightly. Cut sponge into 12 squares, dip in the icing, then roll in coconut.Sandwich with whipped cream
