Domači hamburgeri* Home made burgers

Moji roditelji su apsolutno bili anti fast food. To sam nasledila od njih, pa ni moje dete to ne jede i nevoli. Čak ona i njeni mišljenici recimo KFC onu brzu hranu sa piletinom zovu : Kids Fat Club/ Klub debele dece)

Da ne bi bilo da ne volimo hamburgere, pizze, pomfrit i šta se sve služi tamo, mi naravno sve napravimo kod kuće. Tu sam osetljiva i na svako meso koje ne mogu da prepoznam, naprimer mleveno. Srećom takodje nasledjeno od mojih roditelja jedan lokalni mesar. Lepo izaberete koje meso hoćete i on vam tu na licu mesta samelje. Razlika sa pakovanim u supermarketima je neopisiva.

Uz ovakve hamburgere možete naravno služiti i domaće zemičke. Kad imam vremena ja ih napravim, kad nemam kupim u pekari kod Klare, jedne Nemice , koja ovde ima pekaru i za koju znam kako ih pravi.

Uz ove hamburgere možete služiti razne dodatke. Kod nas ovoga puta salata, grilovana cvekla, karamelizovan luk i sosovi po žeji. Ja lično najviče volim paradajz sos.


Sastojci

600 g govedjeg mlevenog mesa
1 jaje
1/2 crvenog sitno iseckanog crnog luka
1 1/2 kašičica sitno iseckanog belog luka
1 kašičica origana
1 kašičica iseckanog suvog ruzmarina
1 kašičica iseckanog suvog bosiljka
1/2 šolje rendanog kačkavalja
1 Kašika vorčester sosa
1 Kašika sojinog sosa
so i biber , po ukusu


Priprema

U veću činiji stavimo mleveno meso, sipamo sve začine, sosove i ulja i jaje i umesimo.

Ostavimo 10 minuta da stoji , pa napravimo hamburgere veličine koju želimo



U dobro zagrejanom tiganju na malo ulja, pečemo po 3 minuta sa svake strane ili ako volite baš reš malo duže.

This does not mean that we do not like pizza, hamburgers, fries and similar food that is served there. Big difference is, we make it at home

When it comes to mincemeat that is kind of tricky. The best way is to know the local butcher, choose meat that you want and let him mince it for you on the spot.

Buns we made too when I have time, otherwise buying only in bakery I trust in the ingredients they use to make them

You can serve different side dishes we this time opted for caramelized onions, roasted beetroot, cucumber and young rocket salad.
Sauces, which you like. I like tomato sauce on top.



Ingredients

600 g mince meat
1 egg
1/2 red onion, finely chopped
1 1/2 tsp finely chopped garlic
1 tsp each, oregano, dried parsley, basil, and rosemary
1/2 cup of grated cheese
1 TBSP od Worchester sauce
1 TBS of Soya sauce
salt and pepper to taste


Create

Put the mince in a bigger bowl, add herbs and sauces, egg. Mix well. Let it stand for 10 minutes and form hamburger as big as you like them

Heat the pan on high with a little oil and bake your hamburgers for 3 minutes on each side or longer if you like them well done.
